Johor is a state of Malaysia in the south of Malaysia Peninsular. It is also a state that is just beside Singapore. There are many things you can see and do in Johor. 

1) Kota Iskandar

    Kota Iskandar is a beautiful state parliament hall that is inspired by the British and Malay design. This venue has its own guided tour that will bring you across different themed gardens and it is located next to Puteri Harbour. If you're someone who has high interest in historical places and architecture, then this is the right spot for you. The design of this hall literally reminds you of Taj Mahal or even the movie Aladdin because they way it is structured and design. 

2) Tasik Biru Kangkar Pulai

    The Blue Lake (Tasik Biru) is famous amongst tourist and the locals. The hike last for about 10 minutes or so and it takes you to a beautiful viewing spot. From the viewing spot, you will be thrilled by the deep blue water. It is also a must visit spot for sunset lovers. From the spot, you'll be able to see beautiful sunsets. 

3) Glass Temple

    It is the first glass Hindu temple and the only one that can be found in Malaysia. The temple is filled with colourful glass pieces that reflects light from every angles. Another unique thing about this temple is that it is a holy spot for other religion such as Gautham Buddha, Jesus Christ and other saint sculptures. Fascinating isn't it.

4) Pulau Rawa

    Also known as the Maldives of Johor. This spot gives you blue sea and white sands. So to all sea lovers out there, this is a spot you would definitely not want to miss. Besides that, they have snorkelling, kayaking, jungle trekking and giant glides there. You can enjoy lots of adventurous activities and also a peaceful time by the beach. 

5) Sultan Abu Bakar Mosque

    The state mosque of Johor is a breathtaking place that welcomes people from different backgrounds. Dating its roots back to the 1900s, the mosque radiates a vintage vibe that you can’t find elsewhere.
