A dosa is a rice pancake originated from South India, made from fermented batter. It is similar to a thin or thick crepe and you can customize as how you want. It's main ingredients are rice, black gram, ground together in a fine, smooth batter with a dash of salt.
There are many types of dosa. For example, masala dosa, rawa dosa, onion dosa, egg dosa, ghee dosa and more. The shape of dosa is usually round and in light brown colour. It is the main dish of any Indian festivals and it is a must for the Indians. Like how Nasi Lemak for Malays and Dim Sum for Chinese, Dosa are for Indians.
These are the example of dosa and it is ready to eat :)
