OVERNIGHT OATS


     Every morning has to start fresh either by exercising or eating. I am not a breakfast person but I tend to change my perception and realized that skipping breakfast can gain weight. So I decided to try something new for myself which is overnight oats. I will have it right after my morning Yoga session, its yummy and will make your tummy full! Eventually, they help reduce heart problems, diabetes, and obesity in individuals. I'll be sharing you the recipe of overnight oats and you can try it at home.



Overnight Oats Recipe :

  • 5-6 spoons of rolled oats
  • 1 spoon of honey
  • 2 spoons of chia seeds
  • 1 cup of milk/soy milk
  • 1 spoon of greek yogurt
  • your favorite toppings (blueberries, strawberries, banana, apple, nuts) 
I bought the ingredients at Tesco, you can also get it at local stores like Speedmart. Personally, I feel energized and happy to start my day after eating healthy. Do try at home and stay safe people 😘

All you need to do is to make the pancake batter the night before you make it and place the batter in the refrigerator.
