BBQ Chicken Poppers

A simple snack to guarantee a happy tummy. Best part is the ingredients are easily available.

Ingredients :

-Boneless chicken breast (or any part of the chicken you prefer but the smaller the easier) 
-Salt 
-Pepper 
-Garlic powder
-Chilli powder
-Flour 
-Beaten eggs
-BBQ sauce
-Oil

Method:

1. Slice the chicken into small bite sizes and rinse them.
2. Combine the salt, pepper, garlic powder and chilli powder with the chicken.
3. Place the flour and eggs in separate bowls
4. Dip the chicken cubes into the flour, then the egg and back into the flour. Make sure it is fully coated.
5. In a pan, heat up some oil on medium heat
6. Put in the chicken cubes and fry till golden brown. Set aside to cool. 
7. Clean the pan and pour in the BBQ sauce. Keep the heat at a medium.
8. Toss in the fried chicken and mix it together.
9. Turn off the heat and plate them. Your snack is now ready.

Note: You may add the chilli powder following the amount of heat you would like. And if you don't have garlic powder, u can fry the chicken as it is with salt and pepper. You can eat them just like that or with rice.
