Gratitude

What is gratitude? Gratitude is a way of being thankful or show appreciation for and to return kindness. In the beginning, I only know gratitude as a greeting where we need to thank people for their help or time but I got to know that gratitude has much power in it.

Special thanks to my friend for introducing me to this, she made wonders and so am I. So this is how it works, get a book, any book which is comfortable for you to write. Start your writing with "Thank you God" and end your writing with "Thank you, God". You have to write things about everything in the past tense. For example, you have applied for a job and you are waiting for their call. So you write like "Thank you, God, I have already joined the job" You gotta write as if it already happened.

But this does not work all the time. The purpose of doing this where you create a positive vibe where good things have already happened and will happen if you have input your hard work. I have also achieved so many wonderful things but first, you have to believe it that it exists and will happen and give the exact hard work into it.

CHATURANGA DANDASANA - FOUR LIMBED STAFF POSE Four-Limbed Staff Pose This push-up variation follows plank pose in a common yoga sequence known as the sun salutation. It is a good pose to learn if you want to eventually work on more advanced poses, such as arm balances or inversions. Do it: Like plank, this pose strengthens arms and wrists and tones the abdomen. Skip it: If you have carpal tunnel syndrome, lower back pain, a shoulder injury or are pregnant. Modify: It’s a good idea for beginners to modify the pose by keeping your knees on the floor. Be mindful: Press your palms evenly into the floor and lift your shoulders away from the floor as you hold this pose.
