DISADVANTAGES OF USING MOBILE PHONES FOR LONG HOURS

The way we spend our time defines who we are. So start asking yourself how you are utilizing the time which is given to you. Definitely 70% of the time you will be traveling from Whatsapp to Facebook to Instagram to Tik Tok and to Youtube. Every time you watch movies you prefer using the phone rather than concentrating on the whole storyline don't you? So today I'll be stating some disadvantages of using mobile phones for long hours and you can decide to make a change, here you go :

1) Slow thinking process
Personally, I've been experienced by this where I don't really perform in my classes and house chores. It gives me mind sore and makes me stay on bed all day with my phone. But that feeling does not last long, eventually, you will decide to start your day fresh and not to be a slave to phones.

2) Eye/Vision problem
Recent studies show that within 5 minutes of waking up,90% of people check their phones. To be honest that is what we do right? Even myself once I wake up I used to check my phone messages and notifications. It has been a daily lifestyle, unknowingly we are damaging our eye, sooner or later it will affect us.

3) Hinders sleep
When you have games, videos, messaging apps, in a fist-sized machine, why would you ever want to sleep? It is becoming more and more difficult for teenagers and adults alike, to keep their cell phones down at the end of the day, and go to sleep. Some even use them for studying or planning their work, but even so, the fact that it hinders your sleep and gradually disturbs the sleeping-pattern remains.

4) Dedication to work
With the exist of social media, our work or studies concentration is disturbed. This is because we tend to go through our phone every minute. For an example, sometimes phone gives me a major distraction while I'm doing my assignment which wastes my time and delays my assignment.

However, everything lies on our mind set, how we take things and challenge our mind. We should know that we dont have to depend the phone all the time and must lead a healthy lifestyle.

Gratitude

What is gratitude? Gratitude is a way of being thankful or show appreciation for and to return kindness. In the beginning, I only know gratitude as a greeting where we need to thank people for their help or time but I got to know that gratitude has much power in it. Special thanks to my friend for introducing me to this, she made wonders and so am I. So this is how it works, get a book, any book which is comfortable for you to write. Start your writing with "Thank you God" and end your writing with "Thank you, God". You have to write things about everything in the past tense. For example, you have applied for a job and you are waiting for their call. So you write like "Thank you, God, I have already joined the job" You gotta write as if it already happened. But this does not work all the time. The purpose of doing this where you create a positive vibe where good things have already happened and will happen if you have input your hard work. I have also ...
