Glowing DIY face mask

Skin is the most important organ in our body and we tend to do anything for that. Having a glowing skin is the main goal for all the women out there. Due to stress, hormone problems our skin has outbreaks that cause pimples, and acne. There are many skin products that are recommended by a skin specialist. But that does not work in everyone because each and one of us have different types of skin i) oily skin ii) dry skin and iii) combination skin.

My skin is most likely combination skin because my skin can be oily and dry depends. And that causes acne. I desperately wanted glowing skin, at the same time, I couldn't effort expensive skin protection, and one day I came across a DIY face mask. It just saved my life and my scars start to fade little by little. Pimples still occur because of our menstrual but it will disappear after a few days applying the face mask.

You don't have to spend hundreds but only RM10 for the items. You can get them from speed mart, so you need :

1) Greek yogurt - 4 tablespoon
2) Turmeric powder - half tablespoon
3) Lemon - 2 spoon

Steps :

1) Mixed all these ingredients into a thick paste
2) Before applying to your face, make sure you cleanse your face. I normally use Cetaphil cleanser.
3) After cleansing your face, tap it with a tower and apply the paste to your paste. Try to avoid your eye areas.
4) Let sit for 15-20 mins
5) You will feel your face tighten a bit, it is because your skin is absorbing the mask
6) Then rinse your face with warm water and tap your face with a towel

And tadaaaa, trust me you really can see differences to your face. Sometimes you can feel the itchiness on your face and that is completely normal because your skin is absorbing something new. All you have to do it repeat it for thrice a week and notice the differences! Happy trying and cheers to glowing skin.

Gratitude

What is gratitude? Gratitude is a way of being thankful or show appreciation for and to return kindness. In the beginning, I only know gratitude as a greeting where we need to thank people for their help or time but I got to know that gratitude has much power in it. Special thanks to my friend for introducing me to this, she made wonders and so am I. So this is how it works, get a book, any book which is comfortable for you to write. Start your writing with "Thank you God" and end your writing with "Thank you, God". You have to write things about everything in the past tense. For example, you have applied for a job and you are waiting for their call. So you write like "Thank you, God, I have already joined the job" You gotta write as if it already happened. But this does not work all the time. The purpose of doing this where you create a positive vibe where good things have already happened and will happen if you have input your hard work. I have also ...
