A panic attack is a sudden episode of intense fear that triggers severe physical reactions when there is no real danger or apparent cause. A panic attack can be very frightening. When panic attacks occur, you might think that you're losing control, having a heart attack, or even dying. This can be very dangerous and all you need to do is :
1) Use deep breathing
If you're able to control your breathing, you're less likely to experience a panic attack. You have to focus on deep breaths in and out through your mouth, letting your air through your chest and releasing it back. If you practice this, you can reduce your panic attack.
2) Find a focus object
Whenever you are having a panic attack, make sure you focus on an object. Keep your eyes on it and start your breathing technique. Some people find it helpful to find a single object and focus all their attention on a panic attack. For example, focus on a clock, how it is ticking, focus all your energy on the object and your panic syndrome may subside.
3) Imagine a happy place
I suggest you imagine a happy place. What's the most relaxing place you can think in this world? Or maybe some sound of waves, sunsets, it all depends on your thoughts. It can be a quiet place, peace, and calm situation. Picture yourself being there and start relaxing.
These are the best three things you can do to stop your panic attack. Try not to have the attack again and practice yourself how to stop it.
