Whites that we need to avoid in our life!

Eating is the main and the most favorite activity for everyone. People can non-stop munching foods and they are willing to travel states just to eat yummy foods, and I am one of them! But do you know that not all the food is good for us? It may taste good but unknowingly it has many side effects for us.

Recently, I went for an Ayurvedic World Conference. The event was attended by many Ayurvedic specialist doctors from all around the world. There was an Ayurvedic nutrition doctor who shared information which gave me a big impact.

He told us to avoid all the foods which are in white color. For example, white rice, white flour, white milk, white sugar, white salt. This is because they are all refined and not in the original product. Instead of consuming white rice, you can take brown rice and as you see, that's what most of the dietician and health specialist suggested. Next, replace white sugar with brown sugar, the same goes for milk, you can replace it with soy milk.

He also said to avoid consuming refined or polished grain and also milk by-product. It is advisable to consume fresh milk instead of getting them from the boxes that are stored for weeks in the supermarket. If it was fresh milk, it can only last for two to three days. So be careful in what you are consuming. Don't invite any unwanted disease in your life and try to control our mouths!

Gratitude

What is gratitude? Gratitude is a way of being thankful or show appreciation for and to return kindness. In the beginning, I only know gratitude as a greeting where we need to thank people for their help or time but I got to know that gratitude has much power in it. Special thanks to my friend for introducing me to this, she made wonders and so am I. So this is how it works, get a book, any book which is comfortable for you to write. For example, you have applied for a job and you are waiting for their call. So you write like "Thank you, God, I have already joined the job" You gotta write as if it already happened. But this does not work all the time. The purpose of doing this where you create a positive vibe where good things have already happened and will happen if you have input your hard work. I have also ...
