BAKASANA - CROW POSE
I would say that this one of the challenging yoga pose that everyone should try. You have to practice multiple times to unlock it, and once you're done with it, the self-satisfaction is unexplainable. Bakasana is all about arm balancing where your hands will be on placed your mat, shins rest upon upper arms, and feet lift up.
