By: Abia Iris      When we talk about colors, I am sure every one of you has your own favorite colors. It can be Red, Blue, Orange or Black. Do you know that colors can affect our emotions, perception and even our spiritual and physical being? Interesting isn't it. Colors can even bring various meaning according to different culture and belief. Here I am going to share with you about colors and the meaning they carry. I'll be dividing them into few parts. First, let's look at the color  RED .      Red is a vibrant and beautiful color. Red can be associated with anger, danger, warning, power and strength, vibrancy, stress and action. Red is also associated with feelings like love, passion, desire, lust and longing.      As I mentioned earlier, color can impact our emotions.                                                 Today’s world condition is becoming fast and super easy. Everyone is catching up their time and instantly choosing whatever that saves their time, for example, an instant drink from a vending machine and instant foods. Some people eat while they are walking to the office and students who are rushing to their classes and this is where instant noodles play its role. Instant noodles are people’s number one choice because they are easily found and quickly made in two minutes but none of us realize the side effects we and our generation might have in the future. WORDS COUNT

By Abia Iris Words are alive and have the power to manipulate one's self and also others. What we say can either pull someone down or life them up. Sadly, these days the choice of words used often bring a negative impact. For instance, a mother yelling vulgar words at her child or a teacher using inappropriate words at her students. It is definitely not wrong to correct and discipline someone but is it 'necessary' to use harsh choice of words? Think about it for a moment. What would you do if you were in the very same situation? Is it acceptable to you? I doubt so Many out there are unaware of the harmful impact of their words on someone else. In anger, we tend to lash out without thinking and then end up regretting later. If telling someone that they are ugly can hurt them so badly, imagine other forms of words that can leave a scar. Situations like this have a possibility in contributing to suicide cases and cause abnormal behavior in a person. What...

TRUST

By Abia Iris 'Picture a father tossing his daughter high up in the air. She would just laugh her heart out without any doubt that she would hit the ground all because of the assurance she has on her father. That’s what you call a TRUST.'    What is TRUST anyway? Trust is to believe in, to have faith or to have assurance in something or someone. If you have a question like ‘does trust really matter’? Well, my answer would be a YES! Trust is fundamental to life. Without trust, life becomes intolerable. You can’t have any connection or relationship without trust. By relationship I also include the bonds between friends and family too. From this we can see that trust plays a role in our daily life. But what if a trust is broken? Can it be restored? Yes, it can be restored. Here are few things you can try if you’re facing trust issues.    Firstly, you have to acknowledge or make known your mistakes. The offender must own his or her mistakes with...
